Any company with a support channel needs images that explain how help works: phone, chat, email or video, which hours, and how fast replies come. Useful scenes include someone in a headset facing two monitors, an open ticket on screen, an agent walking through a step on a video call, hands typing a chat reply, or a payment confirmed on a card terminal. They show the contact channel, which is the first thing someone with a problem looks for.
Pages where support imagery helps
- Help center: A headset-and-monitor header with room for the search bar signals that people stand behind the articles.
- Contact page: One image per channel, phone, chat and email, alongside each one's hours, so customers pick how to reach out.
- Refund and billing policies: A card terminal or a card next to a receipt goes with the explanation of refunds and charges.
- Agent job postings: Workstations seen from behind, with ergonomic chairs and daylight, show the setting you're hiring for.
- Outage notices: An agent checking a queue of paused messages helps announce service interruptions in a calm tone.
Ideas for support photos
- If you only offer chat support, skip call-center imagery; customers will hunt for a phone number that doesn't exist.
- Match the picture to your team size. A floor with dozens of desks doesn't fit a support line run by two people.
- The people pictured aren't your staff, so don't give them names or titles on the contact page.
- On visible screens, check for card numbers, emails or names that could pass as real.
