Driving students often show up nervous: they've never driven, they failed the road test, or they need a license for a job. Helpful images include a theory classroom with road signs on the wall, an instructor at the wheel seen from the back seat, a hand on the parking brake, cones on a practice lot, and a reflective vest. They show how the course splits between classroom lessons and behind-the-wheel hours, and what kind of car students will learn in.
Where they work on a driving school site
- Homepage: A training car on a quiet street in 16:9, with open sky for the school name and a sign-up button.
- Courses: The classroom for rules of the road, a coned lot for parking, an open road for highway practice: one photo per module.
- FAQ: Close-ups of the dashboard, mirrors, and gear shift support answers like whether lessons are in a manual or automatic.
- Short videos and stories: Vertical 9:16 shots of parallel parking from outside the car pair with quick tips before test day.
- Local flyers: The student-driver sign on the roof or a reflective vest in 3:2, with room for schedules and a phone number.
Advice by course type
- Use cars similar to your fleet. If you teach in compacts, a big pickup on the site confuses students who want to practice in the same size.
- Check that the steering wheel is on the correct side for your country and the road signs aren't from somewhere else.
- Skip crash scenes or traffic tickets as a scare tactic; they rattle people who already arrive anxious.
- Don't present the people in stock images as students who passed. Testimonials need real photos used with permission.
