Pro plan purchase terms

1. Who sells. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as authorized reseller and merchant of record: it charges you, sends your receipt and invoice, and collects and pays any tax that applies in your country (VAT or sales tax). The service is provided by Karim Boulares (Tegucigalpa, Honduras), [email protected].
2. What you buy.
   • Pro monthly (US$5 a month) and Pro yearly (US$45 a year): every photo in 4K, whole industries in one ZIP and no ads on the site, while the subscription is active.
   • Industry pack (US$9, one time): the 4K photos of that industry, including those published later, with no expiry date while the site operates.
   Prices are in US dollars; your country’s tax is added at checkout when it applies. You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your country.
3. License. 4K photos have the same terms of use as the free ones. Anything you downloaded while your plan was active you can keep using after you cancel.
4. Your key. It is emailed to you when you pay and you activate it at photosforbusinesses.com/pro. It is for you or your business: don’t share it. For fair use, each key allows up to 300 4K downloads a day (150 with an industry pack). If we see unusual use, we may disable it.
5. Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel anytime from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal: your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and you won’t be charged again.
6. Refunds. If you haven’t downloaded any 4K photo with your key yet, you can request a refund within 14 days of your first payment. From the first download the purchase is no longer refundable, because the digital content has been delivered; by paying you agree to receive it right away and, where the law of your country gives a withdrawal period, that right ends with the first download. Subscription renewals are not refunded: you can cancel before the renewal date. We always refund a charge made in error (for example, a double charge). Once refunded, the key is disabled.
7. Price changes. If we change a subscription price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it affects your renewal.
8. Everything else. The terms of use also apply (warranties, liability and Honduran law). Nothing here limits the consumer rights the law of your country gives you.
